Sheila and B. Devotion, noti anche come Sheila and Black Devotion, sono un gruppo musicale franco-americano. Anny Chancel (Sheila) è nata a Parigi nel 1946. I Black Devotion sono tre musicisti afro americani. Hanno ripreso verso la fine degli anni '70 il brano degli anni '50 Singin' in the Rain, facendolo diventare un classico della discomusic. Il loro più grande successo Spacer, prodotto dagli Chic e pubblicato nel 1979, vendette molti 45 giri in tutto il mondo, Italia compresa. La base musicale di "Spacer" e' stata poi ripresa nel 2002 dal gruppo svedese Alcazar per il loro pezzo di successo mondiale "Crying At The Discoteque".
